Annual Review

A visual home readiness inspection of all major aspects of your home. Our inspection check list covers everything from roof to foundation, with a report recommending appropriate remedy or repair. :

Exterior Inspection:

Roofing: worn, splitting or missing shingles, flashing, chimney and chimney caps
Gutters: fasteners, flow, drainage and debris
Siding & Trim: water penetration, wood rot, weathering, separation and failure
Doors & Windows: operation, hardware, weather stripping, caulking
Decks & Rails: stability, wood rot, warping, splitting and severe weathering
Plumbing: hose bib and outdoor water source operation and leaks
Foundation: visible cracks, leaks, failure, rot and grading problems
Fences and Gates: stability, rot, rust, post stability, warping and gate operation
Walk & Driveways: failure, loose medium, cracks, weathering and surface failure

Interior Inspection:

Heating & Air Conditioning: system operation, filter condition
Electrical & Lighting: switch operation, and outlet stability

Emergency Response

Severe weather, alarm service, water and fire damage response. (Includes initial response only, response for alarm calls are directed to Distinctive Managements emergency response number.)
